The TouchStone Experience for Emerging and Strategic Leaders
Designed with the Emerging Leader in mind the E & S Program is rigorously focused on the leadership foundations that equip a leader for exceptional leadership over the long term. This 24-month journey gives a young leader the opportunity to explore deeply the:
- Foundations of his/her journey with God
- Foundations of leading themselves
- Foundations of leading others with excellence
The TouchStone Experience consists of:
- Four intensive development seminars (two annually- each event lasting one week) at one of our regional training sites that will expose the leader to paradigm shifting information with a strong application bias, while also immersing them in relationships that promote growth.
- Intensive assessment of personality, gifting, calling and leadership skills.
- Training and partnership to ensure the effective deployment of gifting, calling and leadership potential.
- Extensive training, dialogue and application of the practices for lifelong intimacy with God.
- Extensive training, dialogue and application of sustainable self and team leadership practices.
- Extensive training, dialogue and application of a Biblical ecclesiology and the global missional intent of God's heart.
- Training and application of Kingdom multiplication principles and values in the local church.
- A leadership partner assigned for the 2 year process. The leadership partner will assist the leader in assimilating and deploying the information received during the intensive seminars.
- A mentor near their ministry locality, chosen by the leader, to partner in application of leadership development in between intensive seminars.
